Having a party or get together, and want to serve some great tasting drinks? Here's a quick and easy gallon pitcher mai tai recipe to incorporate into your drink arsenal (1 gallon = 128 fluid ounces):
- 16 ounces of Dark Rum
- 8 ounces of Light Rum
- 8 ounces of Triple Sec
- 32 ounces of Orange Juice (low to no pulp)
- 32 ounces of Pineapple Juice
- 24 ounces of Sweet 'n Sour mix
- 8 ounces of Grenadine
Mix well, and serve! Great with lots of chopped ice (or frozen, check out the Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Makers at right, makes shaved ice and drink up to 36 ounces at a time), and a fruit wedge on the glass rim (oranges and limes seem to do the trick).. Party on....
